60% Montepulciano and 40% Merlot, a blend of two luxurious deep organic red wines that combine one of the best grapes from Abruzzo – Montepulciano, with one of the most cultivated varieties in the world, Merlot. Alzavola Rosso is considered an “easy to drink” wine due to its rich tannins, and deliciously soft and velvety dark fruit flavors such as cherry and plum. This classy blend is ideal with red meats, game, excellent as an aperitif, and first courses.

	60% Montepulciano & 40% Merlot
	When in an advanced state of ripeness, the grapes are harvested manually at a temperature ranging between 22-24 ° C for 15-16 days. The Montepulciano is harvested later. Both the Merlot and Montepulciano are aged between 6 to 8 months. The Merlot in oak barrels, and the Montepulciano in stainless steel tanks.
	Ruby Red
	Intense nose of ripe red fruit and black cherry jam, slightly spicy.
	On the palate it enters soft, warm, intense, with a slightly almond finish, of great structure.
	A meditation wine, ideal with red meat & game. Excellent as an aperitif, and first courses.
